The purpose of the WMC is to nurture an environment of cooperation and flexibility among Pentecostal mission organizations worldwide. Recognizing the diversity of historical and experiential backgrounds of the various Pentecostal enterprises, the WMC works towards providing solid Biblical and missiological foundation for holistic mission activities. The WMC has since organized mission seminars in the PWC in Surabaya , Stockholm and Budapest, and is in the process of developing a global network of Pentecostal mission leaders. Dr. Arto Hämäläinen, an Advisory Committee member of the PWF is the chair of the World Missions Commission (WMC). |
