Dr. Prince Guneratnam (Malaysia) Chairman Dr. Prince Guneratnam has been in the ministry since 1966 and is the senior pastor of Calvary Church, a strong missions church in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Having faithfully served as the General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God of Malaysia from 1974-2000, he was conferred the General Superintendent-Emeritus in 2003. He was elected as Chairman of the Pentecostal World Fellowship on 24 August 2010.

Dr. Isak Burger (Johannesburg) Vice-Chairman Dr. Isak Burger has been serving as the President of the Apostolic Faith Mission of South Africa (AFM of SA) since 1988. The AFM of SA is the largest and oldest Pentecostal Church in South Africa with 1.4 million members, started by John G. Lake in 1908. Dr Burger has authored several top-selling Christian books. He was elected as Vice-Chairman of the Pentecostal World Fellowship on 24 August 2010. |

Dr. Matthew K. Thomas (India) Secretary Dr. Matthew K. Thomas serves as President of the Fellowship of the Pentecostal Churches, Central India Theological Seminary, Anna Ladies Bible College, House of Hope I & II, Mercy Clinic and Central India Vocational Training Center. He was elected as Secretary of the Pentecostal World Fellowship on 24 August 2010.

Bishop James D. Leggett (USA) Bishop James D. Leggett is the President of Holmes Bible College in Greenville, South Carolina, the oldest Pentecostal college in the United States. A visionary with great statesmanlike leadership, he served as the Chairman of the Pentecostal World Fellowship from 2005 to 2010. Bishop Leggett also held the posts of General Superintendent of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church for twelve years and was the Co-Chairperson of the Pentecostal/Charismatic Churches of North America, and currently serves on the Board of Directors. He is a member of the Board for the National Association of Evangelicals, serves on the Steering Committee and is President of the Evangelical/Pentecostal Family of Christian Churches Together.

Rev. Ingolf Ellssel (GERMANY) Rev. Ingolf Ellssel, was born in 1954 in South-Germany/Oberkirch.He has served as the pastor of “Christus-Centrum-Tostedt” since 1979. He was the President of the Pentecostal Movement in Germany (BFP) from 1996 to 2008 and was elected Chairman of Pentecostal European Fellowship (PEF) which represents five million Pentecostals in 2001.

Bishop Dag Heward-Mills (GHANA) Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, known for the grace to challenge many to do the work of ministry, is also the founder and Presiding Bishop of the Lighthouse Chapel International (LCI), a worldwide denomination with over one thousand, two hundred churches in fifty-two countries. In his Healing Jesus Crusades, many receive salvation through Jesus Christ as he preaches the gospel under the anointing of the Holy Spirit: the gospel is preached, the lame walk, the blind see and the deaf hear. He is also the founder of the Anagkazo Bible and Ministry Training Centre. He has authored many books, including the best selling “Loyalty and Disloyalty,” and he also holds ‘Work of Ministry’ conferences all over the world.

Dr. Arto Hämäläinen (FINLAND) Dr. Arto Hämäläinen is chairman of the Pentecostal European Mission as well as chairman of the World Missions Commission of the Pentecostal World Fellowship (PWF). He is senior advisor of Fida International, Finnish Pentecostal Mission Organization, advisor for Pentecostal Asian Mission (PAM) and sits in the Executive Council and Missions Commission of the World Assemblies of God Fellowship (WAGF). Dr. Hämäläinen has authored several books and he has taken his teaching and training ministry to about sixty nations.

Dr. Paul Alexander (BRITAIN) Dr. Paul Alexander is the Chair of the European Pentecostal Theological Association and principal of Mattersey Hall College and Graduate School. His ministry has taken him to over fifty different nations. His passion is to enable people to reach their full potential and to facilitate men and women in discovering their call and ministry. Dr. Alexander served in significant pastorates in three nations and has been in Bible College leadership in both Australia and South Africa.

Rev. Donavan Ng (HONG KONG) Rev. Donavan Ng is the Field Superintendent in Hong Kong of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church (IPHC) and the sole representative from the Asian Region to the Presiding Bishop’s Cabinet of IPHC, which has operations in over 90 nations around the globe. Rev. Ng has been the Consultant Pastor of Wing Kwong Pentecostal Holiness Church in Hong Kong since 2006. He also serves as a Councilor of the Divinity School of Chung Chi College, Chinese University of Hong Kong, and currently a Board of Director of the Chinese Graduate School of Theology.

Dr. Ernest Komanapalli (INDIA) Dr. Ernest Komanapalli is the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Manna Group of Ministries. In addition to being Senior Pastor of Manna Millennium Worship Center, he is the Presiding Bishop of churches in the Manna Group. Rev. David Wells (CANADA) Rev. David Wells is the General Superintendent of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada which has over 1,100 affiliated churches in Canada, and 3,500 credentialed ministers with a constituency of over 235,000 people. Internationally the PAOC has over 270 workers serving in over fifty nations. Rev. Wells has also served as a chaplain for Canada’s Olympic teams and Commonwealth Games teams. He has pastored several churches and is also the Chair of the Board for the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada.

Dr. Jack Hayford (USA) Dr. Jack Hayford serves as President of The Kings University in Los Angeles. He is the founding pastor of The Church On The Way in Van Nuys, California, where he served as senior pastor for more than three decades. Dr. Raymond F. Culpepper (USA) Dr. Raymond F. Culpepper was elected in 2004 to serve on the International Executive Committee of the Church of God as first assistant general overseer. In 2008 he was elected to the Church of God’s highest office, general overseer, and was re-elected in 2010. Dr. George O. Wood (USA) Dr. George O. Wood is the General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God, USA which has 12,500 congregations in the United States with some 3 million members and adherents. Dr Wood is also the chairman of the World Assemblies of God Fellowship which has a membership of over sixty-four million. He has authored of a number of books including: A Psalm In Your Heart, Living In the Spirit, Road Trip Leadership, Living Fully, The Successful Life, and a college text on the Book of Acts.

Dr. David Mohan (INDIA) Dr. David Mohan is the Senior Pastor and founder of New Life Assembly of God (NLAG) in Chennai (Madras), which grew from seven people to 40,000 people in the last thirty years. Dr. Mohan is the General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God of India, which has 8,000 churches as well as being Vice Chairman of the World Assemblies of God. He is also Chairman of the Indian National Prayer and Church Planting Initiative and serves on the Board of Directors of Church Growth International.

Bishop George D. McKinney (USA) Bishop George D. McKinney, founder and Senior Pastor at St. Stephen’s Cathedral Church of God in Christ in San Diego, USA, is an influential leader in the African American community who has been a spiritual advisor to presidents, kings and business leaders. Since November 2001, he has served as a member of the General Board of the Church of God in Christ, Inc. The author of eight books, he has also he received numerous honours in the field of religion and community service.

Bishop Ronald Carpenter Sr. (USA) Bishop Ronald Carpenter Sr. was elected in 2009 to serve as General Superintendent of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. Prior to that time, he served as a pastor for sixteen years, taught Bible College for seven years, served as conference superintendent in the Upper South Carolina Conference for eleven years, and Executive Director of Evangelism USA in Oklahoma City for twelve years. Bishop Carpenter’s greatest desire is to be of service in the kingdom of God. Because of his willingness to serve and his giftings as teacher and preacher, he is much in demand for revivals, seminars, camp meetings, and other speaking engagements.

Rev. Pelle Hornmark (STOCKHOLM) Rev. Pelle Hornmark, is the current general superintendent of the Swedish Pentecostal Movement. This movement is currently coordinates made up of 450 Swedish churches. In addition to this, the movement is also reaching out through media and drug rehabilitation programs and is very active in worldwide missionary work.

Rev. William Wilson (USA) Rev. Billy Wilson serves as the Executive Director of the International Center for Spiritual Renewal which is facilitating Empowered21, bringing together leaders, scholars, and next-generation voices to address issues in the Spirit-empowered movement. He is the host of the weekly television program World Impact with Billy Wilson, which is seen in over 170 nations. Currently, he also serves as chair of the Awakening America Alliance, which is in partnership with the Mission America coalition (Lausanne USA) uniting Evangelicals, Charismatics and Pentecostals for a national Christ awakening.
